Cold One - Sound Demos
1. Overdrive
2. Glitch Fuzz (guitar volume turned down slightly)
TONE: This is an active control that emphasizes either the high frequencies or low frequencies. It is active, meaning it doesn’t cut any signal for its operation.
VOL: Up is up, down is down, ya dig?
GLITCH: Mixes between fuzz and glitch fuzz on the fuzz side of the circuit (see routing diagram below). When the knob is all the way down, only normal fuzz will be heard. When the knob is all the way up, only the glitch fuzz will be heard. Mix to your preference.

FUZZ BLEND: This mixes between the fuzz side of the circuit and the distortion side (see routing diagram below). When the knob is set to minimum, only the distortion circuit will be heard. When the knob is set to maximum, only the fuzz side will be heard. Mix to your preference.
GAIN: This controls the amount of gain present on the Distortion side only. When the Fuzz/Dist Blend knob is maxed, this knob has no effect.
The Cold One accepts 9 to 18 volts DC, via center-negative plug, drawing a negligible amount of current (4mA). Anything else (over or under the voltage, AC, center-positive) may do bad things to your pedal, up to and including ruining it and your warranty. That’s sure to leave a bad taste in your mouth; do not do this. Always check the specifications of the plug you are putting into your pedals!
